Where is everyone flying in the OC this weekend? I've never been to the nitro field and need directions or at least and addy.
Jason and Long were planning on flying Sunday, as well as Rob/Zguy and myself.
Jason offered to help me with the Raptor, but I gotta catch up with him first. :cool:

Put some stiffer dampeners in that cause I heard that there are some issues with the dampening.

Mitch, Long just sent me the directions.
He and I are going tomorrow (Sat). Don't know about Sunday, except it looks windier.

Helismith, I actually think your shark looks nicer without the canopy, or maybe a nice paint job on it. It does look very nice though all the same
I've got an airwolf fuse for christmas which for me is cool

lol yeah he has a lot of new helis.
I haven't started the build yet. I got my son a Traxxas Rustler and we have been charging the batteries and driving to dirt. Also got him a high power air rifle.
Bah, that was meant for the OC thread, sorry guys :P

Man I don't savor the build anymore. I mean with my 450 SE V2 I know how I did everything and it is easy to replace a broken servo horn and etc because I remember well which way everything goes. I hate messing with servo horns and balls trying to get a straight shot.
Actually if I just would have listened to FInless video I would have got it right the first time. What's really a slap in the face is it is just like the 450SE V2 for elev which is the one I wasn't happy with the alignment.

Cant wait for my kongs to come:clappp!!!!! Today, by mistake, I left my heli in idle up and flipped throttle hold off while I was sitting right next to my trex:DOH Lucky for me my ESC has super slow start for the first 3 seconds and I was able to grab the blades and flip idle up off. Luckly no teeth were stripped. Oh and Sean electricuted himself with one of his night flying batteries.

put in 24 flights today in the wind. great practice and testing with the new scoprion motors. that thing was so powerful that on the 24th flight on my 450, i snapped a spindal in air. :bawl the 450 feels so awkward now that i went back to it. so twitchy

Snapping a spindle in the air is what the pros call forgeting to loctite their feathering screws. :thumbup:
Just kidding Jason I bet you did snap it in the air. I wonder if that's why Align upgraded to the 4mm. Good luck snapping that in the air.

Hell, even Rob/Zguy crashed his Honey Bee
Mike and Long helped me with my Raptor 90, it's almost done thanks to Long staying and helping. I've got to make one linkage up and that's it. Went to Pegasus and a dood there showed me how to plumb it for fuel, he was just a customer. Ran into drag racer Ken again (drag racer some of you know).
I will go to the Basin tomorrow and test fly the Rapptor.

Picked up a set of the rotor tech 710s for 79.95 while I was at Pegasus. I think I'll run those blades first.
Flew the HackeRex, no problems. Got the Scorpion esc from lucien in the mail today, priority mail, thanks lucien. I'll fly that too.
Again, thanks for the help today and I'm real sorry about your guyzzz birds that went down.
