have you flown the 4-3 yet??????? i am bored.... the wind is blowing hard and i want to fly and i am considering getting one to fly in the house. :YeaBaby: you need to do a video review... charge up the battery and then, on camera, take the heli out of the box for the first time and give your thoughts then put the battery in and try to fly it to show every body if it's truly RTF out of the box :D

There's no poor mans trick to sizing the ball links is there? I can't find my sizing tool. I don't want to buy another.

try gently sqeezing the links with pliers while they are on the ball :) should help a little

Yes there is, take an old ball and make a cut in it with a dremel tool, that works. Know what I mean...:thumbup:

On an up note, the Raptor is an impressive bird, at least to me it is. :thumbup: Got the Throttle Jockey working properly but need to re-gear. Curtis Y says it works best at 8.24 gear ratio and with 93main and 11 pinion that puts me at 8.54

Hey Tyler, opened my Christmas Walkera 4#3 is it is soo SMALL!!!. Super tiny, micro midget in size. I just couldn't believe it. The pictues and video of it flying online don't do it justice to the true size.

After charging the battery, I flew it for a bit after midnight at my moms. Need to dial it in still as it was very jumpy and not easy to keep stable. There's a few mods done to make it super stable that I'll have to do. I've been too tired today to even mess with it. Just got home from the OC.

I flew my Trex inside my house:YeaBaby:. My parents werent to happy about it. Got my kongs soldered!!!!! They took forever to charge after. But so far:thumbup: for the kongs. My thunde power dosnt fly too good anymore:Fan. Gonna send it back. Hey Vic, are you gonna mod the 4#3?

Becareful with flying in the house. Though I've done it before, it is very dangerous and I don't advocate it. That is the whole reason I got a micro indoor heli. :)

As for modding my Walkera 4#3, I did a few adjustments already moving in the the balls a little bit close in on the servo arms and it made a huge difference in stability. Flies very nice now. I did a quick review of the kit I'll post up in a bit.

******, there's still a lot of moves you can do indoors with that "hunny i shrunk my heli!!" that make up a 3D routine. we should see you doing backwards cicuits, funnels, piro fig8s then flip them blades over & do it all inverted :smokin:

oh yeah.... check out the dragonus :WOW
just finished the rebuild with all the upgrades.
almost every thing on the heli is new (mechanicaly) ..... and i LOVE the new silver/black cf frames. they are SOOO sexy :drool:

it's hard to see all the differences just from the pics, but in person it looks waaayyyy diferent.

man... it feels so good to have a heli that i actualy think looks perfect... i have always disliked the way all my helis looked because of the little things that i do (sand frames, paint canopy, have beat up ugly parts, etc...)
now that i have a heli that i think likes nice, i am very happy!!! :woohoo

I'm in need of a servo horn screw for a HS65MG, I left it at the basin last time I was there.

Anyways, King bolt doesn't have one and they have everything. Anyone have an extra one off an old servo they could send me?
