i dont think vics heli budget includes a sofa..LOL...
Hey Airboss
Those setting worked real good fot the dx7....to bad i have A.D.D. or something. I went to the park but 60 seconds later it got away from me. I think it was a bad thing to start out flying in a small place, but I'm ready for round 2....

Hey Johnnycat, you know the Mini-Titan is soo much more stable than a Trex 450. I know for me, getting the Mini-Titan helped me get soo much better.

It was cold but flyable at sunland today. Had a great save with the 450 and some big fly9ing with the Raptor 90.
The Radix blades worked great, I like them a little more than the Rotor Tech's and way more than the TT710s

Glad to hear you had such a great day. I have a better field the Sunland right around the corner from me that I found. I am so happy about it. Actually I can also walk to it from my house, my son showed me the hole in the fence finally, but I have to go down a big hill next to some train tracks and it was a bad idea my first time out this morning. Really slick and muddie.
I like close save much better then destroyed the heli. Did your girl get any video?

No video. Picked up gallon #3 of Nitro for the 90, she's a pig.....but sure is awesome and fun to fly big. Little circles are bigger than you think. The cyclic rate is amazing! Comes over so fast you wouldn't know it's a 90. Gear ratio change and I'll have it the way I want it.
If it doesn't rain I'm going to Whittier tomorrow/Sunday. Before noon. :smokin:
Might fly the Scorpion tomorrow too.

Example why you don't talk during a video.
Great flight.

Only people that I know that don't talk during a video are usually those who make a profit $$$$$ from their video's, such as on RR, or vendor's filming pro's.
Guess if I got $$$$$$$ or other goods in return, I wouldn't even breathe during filming a vid!!! :YeaBaby: LOL

Tyler I hear that some of them are having problems with the bearings but Lucien will send you out some new ones or something.
Wow you are progressing fast bro.

And to think I was just thrilled to get some stick time today and do three rolls. :)
But it felt good to fly again after so long.

yeah, the reason i am progressing fast IS that scorpion motor :o

I need more headspeed on the RAptor. I'm currently at 1850 on high setting and 1750 on low setting. It needs to be 1960 and 1860, the motor spins too high with the gearing it has to get those numbers. Gonna slow down the engine and speed up the head. The Radix blades are great, I really like them. I'm going to have to start autoing this thing. :YeaBaby: :smokin:
I have 11.5 deg pitch either way, I want a little more and will get the G force mixing arms when I can afford it.
I highly recommend getting a 90, any one of them seem to be great.

5400 bux is kinda pricey for a motor. :noteworthy 2&1/2 times hp though.
