Oh yes,, I thought of doing this when i left school but you have to be 21yrs old, experienced deep sea diver, & an experienced welder. Most retire from the job by 30yrs. I worked with an ex underwater rig welder 13yrs ago & i think he said he was on something like £2000 a week ($4000 ish) They are often ex navy aswell. So i was out the game as on my wages i couldn't afford to learn to dive.

see you guys! i am going to go learn how to dive! :D BYE!

hehehe

Just got back from flying with the boyz. Great day today. Got to see Peter 3D his $10,000 40% mega huge plane. Jason also did some killer 3Dz on his Trex 600 Nitro. It was great to see a bunch of the guys out flying.

I think I finally had it with my Knight 50 3D. Got like one good flight in, but it was having too many issues with the YS50, and the Gov was all messed up. Its so messy, that I'm about done with nitro. I must admit though, when it flies, it flies freaken very, very good, and handles killer, but the gas and tuning is just driving me nuts, so its time to rap it up on nitro's and get a Trex 500, and stick with that for the rest of the year. Mars 480 flew pretty killer also as I got to so some mild 3Dz.

I only got a few video's as I was working on my Knight most of the day. Sorry if I missed most of you guyz flying.

Ok, I think I'm gonna keep my Knight 50 3D. Gonna put the OS Hyper 50 with an Align pipe in it to get rid of my YS50 tuning problems.

Vic: once you get it dialed in you'll love it, the OS that is.

I have had no issues at all with my OS engine, it flew perfect today, I let Rob/zguy fly it for a little bit, "butter" is what he said. :)

I had Jason dial in the Scorpion and do some testing to confirm or ? what I thought was going on, in a good way, it works fine and is right there with any of them, hard to tell if it's better or below the average hot rod, at least for me. It works good and that's good enough for me. I didn't glue the flybar paddles and they spun on Jason in flight.

Ready for this? Jason broke a flybar in flight, yes, broke in flight, never compromised flybar broke.

Anyone else up for flying tomorrow? :YeaBaby: I'll probably go to Whittier.

I may already have a TRex600N? If so, I'll have it by next weekend. RTF

Dumped my Sky Shark today. Forgot to put a servo horn screw in my tail and it popped off inverted. :arggg: I just couldn't recover. It really took the hit well I hit right side up reasonably level going backwards when it hit spinning.

Anyway most the damage is fixed and I ordered some spares.

Wow I just watched the video and that was insane flying and all, but Jason, you really do fly really close to yourself and others. Unless the video is just making it look that way. I'd hate to see something go wrong. . .

That subject has been well traversed and Jason is flying away from himself now for the most part.

for the most part.

And thats the only problem I see. If a ball link popped off in one of those chaoses, something could seriously go wrong. I hate to be the party pooper, but what would happen if someone got hit? Great flying, just a little too close IMO:...:

What? got nuthin else better to do?

As long as it's only himself and those that have accepted the risk, I don't see a problem.
