Nitro VS Lipo.....

My nitro works on all my nitro helis, Lipos only work for the heli they were bought for.

Lipo flight times 4 to 5 minutes if you can fly mild 3D

Nitro flight times 8 to 10 minutes, 8 for hard core and 10 for mild 3D

Lipo can fly most anywhere.

Nitro you need to be at a field that allows nitro, not all do but all the good ones do. :YeaBaby:

I"ve been looking at Nitro 600N kits and the Pro looks like it's for me. I want a carbon frame too.

Keep your eyes out for a Nitro 600 for me, I'm not going to buy one that the guy wants all his money back out of it and some......:roll:

Modefo has one on ebay that I might be able to score for around 700+ ? Buy it now $849, cost for all of it is 975 list. bout an hour left...

........:( i think the scorpion -6 v2 motor is weaker than the v1.
it seems to bog easier than the old v1.
but it still has a lot of power... i got in a crazy flight saturday that was packed with 3d!
though on the second flight i was going to have my friend video it but i got a little to crazy by doing 3d really low (i forgot i wasn't Jason :oops: ) and after two flips and a half piro flip i dug the dirt...lol... and my friend was taking a vid, but he accidently stopped the vid 1/2 a second from the crash :roll:
i got lucky though, i knew the crash was coming and hit throttle hold and only broke the blades.

I like the way the Logo flys, but they're not the same.

I'm really liking the Nitro stuff, wasn't sure if I would and found out I love it. People complain about it being messy, doesn't bother me. Must be the lipo lovers that say it's messy....

I bought the TT53H on a whim, I don't like beta testing but it seems I can't resist the new latest greatest stuff. What it's supposed to do better is have more torque and that means less bog, torque is what moves you, hp is how fast it does it. With more tq you can run higher gearing/headspeed and still be able to power thru the radical 3D chit...:YeaBaby:

I"m thinking it will be slightly better at extreme 3D but only the best pilots will be able to make it shine.

jason and I are laughing so hard but if you think the neu is more powerful than the scoprion, I challenge anyone against jason's current setup machine. I told jason to put his -6 on as he said he was running the -8 and I just went out behind our dorms and challenged his trex 450 with the -6 scoprion against my stock new v2 and his just took off. There was no comparison. He says he is willing to challenge anyone at the San Diego Funfly in May which he and I are going to.

Scorpion? I have the V1 -8 and it flys great, it's really smooth and the power isn't insane, nice and steady with good smooth power. I've got a -8 V2 on the way. The V1 will go in my night flyer and the V2 will be the Max 3D heli, both have the same chassis/airframe.

Took advantage of the nice whether today. I flew two packs on my 450 and 2 tanks on my 600. Both are flying great! I think I might have to do a demo at buzzin the border this year. . .
