Yea, I love balistic piro's on smaller heli's.

I had fun today as well, at a quiet field with Tim Jones, Long and I. We each burned through at least a gallon.

You guys think that 1/10 of a gram difference in flybar cage sides is a problem? I have one Align and one RC-TEK. I guess I will know if it vibrates badly yeah?

Actually I think my old Align ones were 1/10th a gram off too...

Nice flying Sean. The lava tubes were a really nice place to fly, except for when its time to land, I mean, EVERYWHERE THERE ARE ROCKS. I was doing some nice flips and was hovering inverted and when it was time to land.... it happened.

The Tail blades hit a stray rock just as my landing skids touched the ground:mad: The tail blades, stabalizers, boom supports, and pushrod supports were all ruined:arggg: Luckly I brought some spare parts, but I wanted to explore, so I didnt fi it and left my rex in the car. The caves there are not for thoes who are clastraphobic. I could make it through most of it. There is this HUGE cave called the Glove and at the end, there is a little oppening called the button hook. The button hook is about a 2-by-2 foot space that you crawl through for about 20-40 feet, under 30 to 40 feet of solid rock...scary.

Nice Victor I think with the Knight 50 you are going to take off... Looks like it is running sweet too.

Yea, it was finally running the best ever. I'll fly it for another tank rich, and then lean it out a bit to make the motor perfect. It was soo fun to fly it, and a little scary too due to the power comming out of the OS Hyper 50 with that Align pipe. Never thought it would fly like this!! :)

Victor I was watching you with the Knight and watching your with the Mars. I don't think you are feeling the Mars Victor. I think you should sell it. Just going to degrade your self confidence that thing is all over the place.

wow..... i am starting to feel like Jason ... :happyd

i had a very, VERY good time flying today.
my first pack was filled with crazy non stop massive 3dz :YeaBaby: it was all so smooth and perfect.
same with the second pack until i tried a hurricane  it was going good, until i over corrected...lol...
though, it was a very 'nice' crash .it came down sideways and i hit throttle hold 3' up and as soon as it hit, the blades acted like a wheel on the ground and launched the heli sideways through the air then it skid on the canopy in the dirt for about 10' !!!
normaly i am not 'happy' about crashes, but this one just looked so cool!!!!!! couldn't help but smile
and the only damage was to the blades and flybar. oh and some stratches on the canopy, but it was my beater canopy so i don't care about stratches. ;)

hopefully i will be able to fly tommorow. though the wind forecast look pretty bad :(

Tyler you rock man. You just took off!

Rain here tomorrow. Just got done figuring out a flybar cage and resizing my ball links with an actual sizer. I don't usually stay up this late my eyes are glazed over.

Yea, the Mars does fly kinda funky. But man, I got it sitting here in front of me, and it just looks so dang sexy.

BTW, keep it up Tyler. :)

Thanks man :)

and yeah, i am improving rapidly..... i hardly ever get to fly. only like 11 batteries every 3 months :( (thanks to mother nature) but when i do fly, it seems that i make the most of it.

sheesh.. if i could fly 10 packs a week starting 2 years ago when i first got into helis i would be alan szabo's idle :) hahaha

Victor when I was 15 I met this super hot girl who was 16. All my friends thought she was hot too! But I didn't really feel it with her. Then I met this other girl who wasn't a flawless gift from god to man but I really liked her. The same logic applies here too.

The difference her is the 16 year old girl had never had a guy break up with her. The Mars 480 I am sure is used to it and will cope nicely! :YeaBaby:

It is your decission I am just telling you it doesn't seem like you are connected. Maybe you need to dial it in more...

First video Vic shoots of me and I turfed it, trex.

Been having problems with the C spec, siezed it last weekend, all fixed now but doesn't run right, had an air bubble problem I "think" I have fixed. But it's doing some funky chit, spools up slowly then has a jump in rpm and some times won't spool up past about 1/3 throttle, might have the magnets for the limiter in wrong? It's raining out so no flying anyways, got the Trex rebuilt and can now work on the Raptor 90, check polarity on magnets, check to see if I put the new ring in rightside up, put in new head gasket since I reused the old one because I didn't have the new one yet. Hope I find something wrong so I know what it is.

Then on to the CopterX 200.

As far as flying is concerned, I need to do what AirBoss suggested to Vic, slow down and get some controlled flying in, even if it is boring to me it will make it more fun in the long run, I think.

I was disappointed to see that Jason and Long went elsewhere to fly. Luckily Eric Stoltz showed up and put on a good show, thanks Eric.

I think Victor get's nervous in front of people. I see him at home in his living room and it's nice and controlled. On the field he seems nervous when he flies. I am nervious in front of you guys too I won't lie.
