This group is totally split up at this point.

Too bad, I had some great times and some great flying. I learned a lot and thank those that helped me.

:smokin:

Would it be ok to start a new thread that is a clean slate, would the group come back and participate?

I miss the group as whole. We had some fun. :YeaBaby:

If you could get Jason Chow to come back on you might have a chance to reviving the club. Otherwise you won't. That's your goal, I don't think he will do it but he is the only one with the power.

No matter what you do I would never get involved in the negativity and drama that envelopes this club again. I just wanna fly my heli man.

Please, there are very few that bring that here and they aren't invited unless the can behave themselves. Thanks.

1 person doesnt make or break the club. if you build it they will come. sounds stupid but is true. staying organized in small groups keeps the thred alive and later will be joined if it shows popularity.

I disagree. One jackass CAN break a club. Someone who's consistently unsafe can invite trouble in the form of public scrutiny. All it takes these days is one guy to complain and the fun police show up and remove the fun.

We have people show up almost every weekend where we fly to see what we're doing. We make it a point to point out the potential danger to them and how we're operating to minimize those dangers to those of us flying and the people who come to watch.

first of all, we were only talking about Jason C not the usuall rifraf that can destroy a club. we dont cater to these type of RCers. infact we have very strict rules that everyone follows. If someone is "consistantly unsafe" then they need to be removed from the flying areas. every heli and plank pilot experiences some type of uncontrolled incident and normally wont repeat these situations. but there are a few , and we all know who, that cannot controll their helis every time they fly. these people are not welcome.
