After my first flying, there are some vibrations in my heli.
I was looking for the reason why...

It because of heli's main rotor hub.
The rotor hub is inclined slightly! -> look at the photo plz.

Because of inclined hub, mixing arms are not parallel.
So the vibrations are generate from...

It does not crashed, even shocked.

When inserting main shaft(main mast) into the rotor hub,
it does not entered completely vertical.

I think it is the kit's bear-born problem from the factory production.
How can I solving this?

Check if your main shaft is straight.
Just remove it again and roll it on a flat surface (mirror) and see if it's straight, if not replace the shaft with a new one.
If that's not it, it could be your plastic head is warped during production.
measure the distance diagonal with a caliper from the hole where the mainshaft enters to the outside of the hole where the damper goes in on both sides and compare.
If they are not equal the head is warped.
IMO that's what could be wrong.

As Eric said, probably a warped head, get a new one or better still get the metal head, theres 3 to choose from.
