I am very excited about my new camera ship. Once I get the motor from Toxic Al, all I have left to do is install the radio. Sorry I did not dust it before taking the photos as it is a little dusty after sitting out on a windy and dusty day at the field.
In these photos, you can see the general layout of the machine as well as the pull-pull linkage for the cyclic and collective servos.

Hey Will I think it would be realy cool to take some inverted video with that !!! Chris should be jumping in here shortly with his opinion.

What I want to do Gary is to follow your Observer flying inverted shooting video of my observer flying upright shooting video of your Observer flying inverted shooting video. That would be pretty cool, even though it sounds complicated. Lets do it at B-Ham. :D

That would be cool to say the least, we should let Chris run the camera on mine and see if he can avoid the motion sickness.
I'm glad to see you have found some time to work on your heli's, you will have a ball when you fly them even if it is right side up.

I just want to see a video of an Observer inverted. :D
I was told by the man himself that they were a bit on the heavy side. :D

Wait until I get some onboard video of my Observer doing some autos. Then we will see the benefits of a solid airframe that is designed to protect the camera. :)

Oh, it'll certainly do it (inverted), the pitch is there. It's just a matter of the, ahem, cojones, to do it with the camera on board.
'Twill be done this year, I expect..........

Can you tell me what kind of vibration isolators are on your ship. I can see them in the picture, but I'd like to locate some for a project I'm working on. The McMaster isolators just don't cut it.
Thanks,
Mike
