I need a Toxic! [Archive]

I've read the updates on availability of the TRM231, none until March. There must be one out there somewhere I can get my hands on. Anyone have any ideas where to look?

My best flying buddy and I are building up our Spectra's, I found one motor at RHR, we're one short to get both of us in the air.

Also how long time does it take for TRM to modify these engines?

Is it a matter of hours, days, weeks?

I am not 100% sure, but I think you can send a new 231 to MA and have it modded by Toxic Al faster than waiting. I could be wrong, as I'm out of the loop anymore. Call MA and ask (352)-383-3201. I know Ron Lund at Rick's has 231's in stock for a very good price.

OK Just talked to Toxic Al. You can send your new Zenoah 231 motors to Miniature Aircraft to have modded. Call MA for pricing info. I think Al will also do used 231 motors, but he will replace whatever parts at your expense he feels need to be replaced. Call MA for details.

Yes they are waiting on motors which are on order. I am not exactly sure how long it takes for Al to do a motor, I will ask next time I talk to him.
