Can you put music in g3 like you can on G2?

Yup, You can just play your music on your computer with any media player and run the sim over top. no problems whatsoever.

yeah I knew that. In g2 you can put music in the program and it will play your music. I want to record flights but with music in the background.

There are no plans to do this at this time. Several people have requested the feature be added, but we have bigger fish to fry at the moment. Sorry.

I was pretty disappoited that this feature was taken out... I enjoyed what I had loaded into the program on G2..And that I had only one application running.. I now I have to run another program to get back what I had on G2... G3 cost me to much.. I had to upgrade my computers video then the mother board and then the processor... so just to run G3 cost me $250 in upgrades...So Im about $450 into G3...

There seem to be several simulator video contest popping up and this is where G3 is lacking for recording and entering your flight in a contest. Otherwise it rocks.

G3 Lacking??? Hardly.

XTR simply won't let you play music, either in the application or with another. XTR hogs ALL processor resources.

G2 physics do not compair to G3. peroid. Having music in your G2 flight won't make it as good a flight as a good G3 flight because the G3, even without music, is much closer to reality.

It's a lot like saying a ford fiesta is better than an Porsche because the cup holders are bigger.

Now, take your g3 heli up about 100 feet, keep it level and slam it into the ground. Do not allow it to tip and hit the blades. Notice anything?
The skids don't break. You can slam in at top speed and as long as you don't dork the main or tail blades, the heli survives just fine. Not realistic.

Until major bugs like this are fixed, I myself intend to not bother the programmers with inconsequential annoyances that have perfectly suitable workarounds so that they can continue to work on "Those Bigger Fish"

Not saying that's what people here are doing, I'd just hate to see momentium build for a "new cup holder" before they fix the "suspension".

Yeah, I've fixed that one. It should be done for the next big patch. It will also fix problems with the breakup of some of the weird airplanes.

That is exactly my point. Thanks for understanding.
