Take a look, this took 2 hours to complete! A easier scale ship can hardly be done.
AUW is 3,1 KG, this is with two extra servos (for the retracts) and a 4 x 2300mA pack! 4600mA config.

Easiest job ever (said my friend who built it, I didīnt do it myself). Took about 2 hours total. And, its light too! 3,1 Kg for a scale heli, with retracts and a large pack. Space? Haha.. you can fly a piccoz inside there with the mechanics installed. So a larger 5-6000mA pack is no problem. For thoose who have the time, there are plenty of room for a cocpit...

Looking superb Tom.

Yes a vid is required, with some scale style flying in it too, not just upside down loopy loop 3D stuff :)

Doing well to fit a scale kit in just two hours. That's like a weeks work for me at the speed I go I would have thought.

Looks great!

Only thing that bothers me, agusta 109 is hovering very tail heavy, rotor tilted to front. If this kit can be completed a bit lower into the shell than its a pure "got-to-have-one" for me. This way the flybar has some tilting potencial in hitting the fuselage, but it's scale flying anyway, no harsh brutal manouvers permited :D.

Wow!!!

What brand of fuse is that?

Now you just really, really need to go flybarless with a four blade head.

The South African Air Force paint scheme would also look quite good I think.

I notice allot of new Hurricane CF kits come with a shorter tail boom. What size was the one that went into the A109?
