You guys think I should get some cheap wood main blades for my first hover? I have some MAH carbon blades Id hate to ruin :wink:

yes, another good option is the Hirobo silver fiberglass blades at 35 bucks, they even 3d pretty well, I was surprised. I was asked to try some out at IRCHA and they did real well. Shoot Mike an email at mike@motionunlimitedusa.com

i would stick to woodies till you can do forward flight. And once you switch from woodies to lets say fiberglass you will notice a big difference.

i wood stick to woodies until you have pretty much mastered all your basics- inside turns, nose in, backwards flight, inverted hover nose/tail in, and forward and reverse figure 8's inverted.
then go to fiberglass or cf blades
otherwise dont waste your money

Dont mean to correct you Danny but I do think those are Century/Funky silver fiberglass blades.

You are 100% right Rodney. I had some Hirobo fiberglass blades I had mixed up with them in my head. Thanks.
