Nothing like learning the hard way. In the 9303 I had my Raptor settings in "Model 1 Raptor 50"
Recently I bought an electric plane. When I was setting this radio up to take "model type" as "acro", I forgot to select the model number first, to an unused model number. This JR radio has absolutely no warnings that this will delete all your model 1 settings.
After my settings disappeared, I found on Page H2 of the 9303 Heli manual this statement:

"If the model type is changed before deciding the model number to be used, any programming in this particular model number will be lost."

Now if you go three more pages forward (owner's manual), they do have a warning for "Data Reset". Just like a PC, "Are you sure? Y/N". Changing model type, without changing model number, has the same effect as "data reset". Everything's a goner.

Hello JR...... Can this be changed?

Has anyone else done this?

Or is no one willing to admit they've done this?
