Swash plate problems after crash

I have a Blade CP and after a crash in normal mode the swash plate leans toward the right when looking at the heli from behind. I cannot get the swash to level even when adjusting links to level it. In normal mode the swash barely moves 1/16th of an inch or less. In idle up has a lot of travel. How much travel on swash should I have in normal mode? Can 4&1 unit affect travel in normal mode? Servo’s seem fine. Any suggestions?

thats odd, can you get some pics of the head when its sitting at center stick ?

maybe just maybe the servo horn stripped or the gear that the horn attaches to stripped...or the gears inside are stripped, a bad pot, bad 4n1..
