Try a ferrite ring on the lead going from the 3in1 to the reciever-if you run the brushless conversion you will need one on that esc also....
works for me:thumbup:

Had exactly the same problem but I found an excellent (although a bit expensive) solution.

throw the damn plasti blades in the trash, they suck big time. they will cause more boom strikes then you can count...
get a set of eflite cf main blades. if you want the jumping to stop then put a 1 tooth higher pinion on it. that should stop the jumping, and the increase in head speed will make the bird alittle more stable.
get a new radio
get the freestyle belt drive kit
get a 401 gyro..

yes but the radio and gyro will have to be bought at some point.
mortificate has a 401 on his cp pro with a 401.. says its pretty much a mini trex...in terms of the tail holding. for the head to be good, you gotta get it setup right, and a new radio will allow you to tune the heli to you, instead of tuning you to the heli

Ditto on that. I'm still blown away by the transformation of my Blade CP since upgrading it to a DX7 and G90 gyro. It sees as much action as my T-Rex since making the updates.

when i switched to my dx6 from the stock eflite radio, and i learned how to setup a radio and what everthing does. i had my pro flying thumb off the cyclic for a good 4 or 5 seconds. thats HUGE for a pro..flying got so much easyer. id say inside of 2 weeks i went from only tail in hovering to tail in, right and left side in hovering. to piro's, hovering 40 to 50 foot up...my confidence sky rocketed..

I had this problem now and then, first time it was caused by the ring that locks the main shaft, it had some play in it and was causing the problem. Another time I just had the pitch on the blades set a bit too low at hover rpm, so I just added a couple of turns on each blade and it was hovering smooth again. Having too much play in the head could also cause this because the plastic parts do wear in/out making you head sloppy..
