Great job for sure. Looking at pages 53-58 of the reference guide there are a zillion ratio combos.
The problem is that when the first stage of a belt drive gets above ~1.5-2:1 it starts to get pretty ineffiicient. At 2.5:1 it get's worse and you really need to tighten the belts a lot causing a lot more belt wear, and harder on bearings as well.
It might make more sense to colour-code this large table based on 1st stage ratios to green for less than say 1.5:1, yellow for 1.5-2.5, and red for +2.5:1.
I think that this would help a lot of us to figure out what ratio combos we should initially go to.
