I am using a JR 6102 with my Observer camera mount. Despite using the trim tabs on th transmitter the mount will s l o w l y rotate left or right. By the end of a 3 minute flight it will almost be all the way around. When I have a camera operater they are able to correct it however it is not the best situation... Does antbody have any other ideas?

You can use a combination of subtrim and external trim to remove any remaining drift, also check the trim step, it may need increasing.
Increasing the expo (I use 85-90%) and decreasing the dual rate (I use 10%) also helps to reduce trim movement AND slow down the movement of the camera mount.

Thanks Chris I am sure that will help. The 6102 seems pretty basic to program however I dont have the manual.. Do you know where I can down load it or can you tell me the basic function to get into the programming mode. Thank you

I believe there are 2 buttons on the left side that if pushed together gets you in the main menu...
You would probably need to contact Horizon for a copy of the manual.

I use a JR7202, and it doesn't have trim step, so I'm betting the 6102 doesn't have step either.
Chris's suggestions are key. Follow them.
