A guy at my old club had this Maverikk head on his r50, it looks similar to the TT metal head. The quality is also very good. Well worth it. :cool:

MAN that is dirt cheap for a pretty nice head. I know some people flying the Mavrikk heads over this side of hte pond and they seem to like them.

Careful on the blade grip bearings: i had 2 grips (not same set but 2 out of 2 packages I bought) with bad bearings, also, the jesus bolt they give you is not shouldered -- use your old one, and the grip spacers are thinner then OEM -- I used the OEM ones.

Other then that the head makes a noticable improvement in crispness of collective inputs.


Just check the bearings in the grips!

Thanks for the heads up on the bad bearings and jesus bolt Spitfire_mk5.

I definatley will be buying one of those heads at the end of this month, it's too much of a bargain to resist :D .
