Just purchased the E-station BC6 balance charger and either im an idiot or something is wrong with this thing.
Whenever I try charging, balance, storage what ever it will show "connection break" message and beep.
Been through the set up 3 times, tried 3 different batteries, 2 different battery adapters and still the same.
Am I missing something?
Am I that much of a noob?

I answered Jeff's question yesterday.
You always must use the output of the charger to charge a battery. If you are using a program in the charger that also uses the balance port, then you also must connect the balance tap of the battery to the balance board.

It depend on what mode you are using to charge first make sure you have it set to lipo !
There are 5 modes in this order
Charge
Balance
Fast charge
Storage
Discharge
If you are not connecting to the balance taps just use charge or fast charge mode. If you are balance charging ensure your lipos are plugged in both the charging output and into the balance adaptor sold separately as this all depends on who's batteries you are using. then set the correct amp rateining ie 2.1amps for a 2100mah lipo the finally the number of cells. Hold the button down for three seconds and it will charge.

Also, even for the standard charging mode, if you plug in the balancer port during charging, it will give you the same error if you disconnect just the balancer cable before end of charge. Even in standard charging mode (not balancing), it monitors the balance jack (if available at the start of charge) in order to stop the charge cycle if a cell gets out of whack.
