TP-210V when does it stop?

I've been trying to figure out when this balancer stops balancing. In the past, I've seen it stop at 0.029 imbalance - no lights blinking. But tonight, I've got one that's continuing to blink at 0.010 imbalance, as seen through the TP-1010C charger display.

Does anyone know? Am I supposed to wait until it hits 0.000 imbalance before disconnecting it? Stop when it stops blinking? For how long?

Edit: whilst typing this, it dropped to 0.005, and it's still blinking...
