Blinky Help?!!!!!!!!

I just got an astro blinky and the instruction are not very good, what am i loking for when i blug my batts into it, i also got the TP adaptor. How do i know when it is done? Please help me.

It's done when the lights stay out. The occasional flicker or random flashes on different cells is also pretty much done.
