You may have a burnt out motor

Check the belt to the tail rotor, mine jumped off the little pulleys that bring it in to go down the boom, whole head felt like it was binding, almost burned my motor up.

well i found out the why i was geting no lift the feathering shaft had got bent in the crash it was making one blade + pitch and the other - pitch so if you have this happen cheak the feathering shaft and a nother thing i found was the thing the fly bar go's threw i can't think of the name but it was cracked to and that was making problems two i have put on the new parts and it is fly great. and wen i was ordering part i got a bear bones belt CP and it fly a lot more stable than the king.

Ya, those bent feather shafts cause all kinds of grief. I was getting some very spastic behavour on my collective. I was double checking the pitch curves and found one side was about 5 degrees differnet from the other side. That was also the reason I was having such a hard time getting the blades to track. Sad thing was I put a new shaft in and on the second flight with the new shaft, had a very gentle blade strike while landing and it got bent again.
