First off I have posted here several times as a newbie and always got great, quick advice so thanks for all of the help. I have a, new problem I have a t-rex 450 v2 and DX7 with DS285 servo's. I have replaced at least 3 gear sets and no issues. Today I was getting very slow response on the pitch servo and decided to take it apart and check the gears, I did not find anything wrong but put in a new gear set and lightly greased with servo grease. After putting it back together it was still sluggish and than abruptly stopped working altogether, after taking the case apart no gears were turning although the servo was buzzing or sound as if it was spinning. Not even the motor pinnion gear was turning. I took off all the gears and again sounds like the motor is running but pinnion gear not turning. In the midst of all of this testing I hung up the elevator servo and stripped the gears put it back together and same thing as the pitch servo, sounds like motor running but pinnion gear not turning. Would like to fly today so if anyone has a suggestion it would be appreciated.
