I posted this in the Li-Po section but I figured you guys might be more help since its a Mini-Titan. I thought my ESC was going bad but now I'm not so sure. After flying my mini titan for about 1 minute the power was dropping like a rock and there wasn't much power to start with. So I landed and checked my battery voltage and it was showing 10.10v without any load on a 3cell 2100mah lipo and thats with only 1 minute of hovering on it. Also that battery felt really hot but not to hot to touch. Could a bad ESC causs the huge power draw or is it a bad battery or charger? Thanks guys

Bad Battery or charger. Don't see how its possible to suck that much power that quick. The ESC isn't that robust. It would be toast.

Now im really confused. I charged up the battery at 1.5amp instead of 2.0amps and I took it out and it ran for 2 minutes great, the power was what its suppose to be.. I don't get it. Maybe my Li-Po doesn't like to be charged at 2.0amps...

Still two minutes is not normal.
You should get at least 5 minutes on a healthy lipo.
What is the C-rating of the Lipo, 10 / 15 / 25 C ??
What brand is it?

Its a DN lipo 25c if I remember correctly, Yeah 2 minutes sucks but its better than none. I'm going to pick up a flight power.

The heli should be flying OK with that Lipo.
If you have to put in a complete charge1600-1900 Mah and the cells are balanced after the flight than there must be a problem with the heli and not with the Lipo.
Things to look at or check:
Check motor and ESC temp after the flight
all mainshaft bearings
belt tension
bearing in the tail gear
tailrotor bearing
The rotor should be able to make a couple of turns by itselve if you swing it by hand.
