East Coast Extreme Helis #1 Sept 23-25
I'd like to invite everyone out to the premier East Coast Extreme Helicopter event.

Mark your calendars for September 23, 24, and 25th of 2005. Join us for a great - and relaxing - weekend of heli flying. The 05' season will be winding down, making this the perfect opportunity to kick back and let loose in central Connecticut.

The Waterbury Airport in Plymouth has been selected exclusively for this event, and it shall not dissapoint.

The flightline will open at 9am each day, with nightflying on Saturday to those that wish.

This event is being organized by heli pilots - FOR heli pilots.

Pre-registration will be $25 per pilot. All pilots who complete the pre-registration process by Sept 2nd, will be entered into a raffle for a $50 gift certificate to EastCoastExtremeHelis.com

Registration 'on-site' will be $30 per pilot. (entire event)

Directions:

From I-95 North or South:
Exit 27A Route 8/25 North
Follow signs for Route 8 North
Exit 39 off of Route 8
Bottom of ramp RIGHT (Dunkin Donuts here for you coffee drinkers)
1/2 mile make right at first traffic light onto RT 262 South. (there will be sign for Waterbury Airport)
Field is 3 miles on left. Two entrances. First entrance for Pilots, Second entrance for spectators.



From I-84 east or West:
Exit 20 for Route 8 North (then follow as written above)


From Merritt Parkway (Rt 15) North or South
Exit 52 for Route 8 North, (then follow as written above)

That sounds reasonable. I know about 10 years ago we didn't have this problem. There was only an event maybe every three weeks from about May to September. Now we have 3 or 4 events nearly every weekend spread across the USA.
I personally would not mind you changing to the weekend of Sept 23-25th.
