I have a 15C 11.1V 3S lipo that has maybe 30 cycles on it, today after a flight of mainly slow FF and some hovering. 1635 mah is what I took out and is now puffed. Only one cell should I be worried or just run it?

I wouldn't run it. It'll get worse and if it goes completely when you're in the air, you're not just out a LiPo, but possibly a heli too.
Call 'em up and see what they'll do for you.
BTW, what's the capacity of the battery (mAh)?

2100mah, I ll call them and see what they say, it is a v1 though I have yet to see a V2 battery from them. Guess Ill just have to replace it with another FP, that pack doesnt even get warm with the flying I am doing.
