I've seen folks mention adding a shim to the head to address this issue.

1. How is this installed? (Where and what)
2. What thickness should I look for?
3. Any concerns with this approach?

Blades go out of track around 1780 - 1800 or so. The feathering spindle is fine, new grips and dampners installed, nothing weird with the thrust bearings that I could see. Using the MAH blades (too finicky??). Also using the Hi-Tec HS-635HB on the collective. Maybe time to swap this out for something stronger? I really wanna track down this problem. Any help is appreciated..

Mine did this until I changed the blades, problem was gone afterwards.
originally thought the blades was bad,had them replaced, was still there until I switched

I had the same problem with mine, switched the blades and that fixed it for about 1 week. I got so tired of having this problem with the EVO, i sold it and got a Trexx600. Hope you find the problem.

My Sceadu developed some flutter in idle up around mid stick. It turned out to be a few ball links with some slop. Tom

I had a mate who had a blade flutter on his Evo 50.
It never had this problem before.
Turns out that one of the shim washers in the head was not installed at factory.

Refer to the manual it is the same head for HPM/SWM.
It is placed between the thrust and final bearing.
