My manual say` " The hole closest to the the inside will result in very radical and less
stable flight.
The hole on the outside will result in less radical and more stabil flight"

Ty,

Something you may want to try is use the Stratus fly bar set up on the Tempest head. I've done that on 3 of mine and they are a lot quicker.

Thanks Gary--I've got a Tempest FAI with a 3D Head and the newest flybar carrier (the 3D flybar cage with the straight end frames)--balls are currently in the center hole on flybar tube. Are you talking about moving the balls to the inside hole (closest to the shaft) to speed up the roll rate?

What paddles are you using? IF you're using the FAI paddles that could be part of it. Honestly, mine are plenty fast on rollrate running the middle hole.
