How would I break in some new EvoLites on my T-Rex 450? What is the best procedure?

For me, I usually try to charge the battery at 1A for the first 5 charges. Then fly for 5 to 5:30 minutes which usually take out around ~1400 or a bit less mAh. Not sure if that's the best procedure to follow.
