How do I remove this thing? It seems stuck. Part number is HMXE 9710. Thanks.

did you get it yet? it's probably stuck because it's bent.. if you'll try to find the bend and straigten it a bit it'll probably come off with a bit of tapping, don't destroy your bearings though...
