Question on electronics

This is what I have. I have a FP heli. The falcon 30. I love this heli and would like to get it in the air again. I just took a gyro off my nitro and would like to get this back in the air. My 3 in 1 went out and would rather not buy one. It has a tail motor. I have a rx, gyro, and what do I need to run the tail motor...Can anyone help me.

I am kinda of partial to my falcon.. It was my first heli.
