Schematic Diagram for wiring balancer plug?

I have several home-made 3S lipo packs I made sometime back and want to wire a balancer plug for them (Thunder power type preferred).

Anyone have a wiring diagram of the balancer plugs in relation to the cells?

Easy.

The positive end pin connects to the same place as the positive main lead. The negative end pin connectors to the same place as the negative main lead. The pins inbetween connect to the tabs in order from one end pin to the other.

So Balance Pin 1 connects to Cell 1 Positive Tab. Balance Pin 2 connects to the connection (or either tab) between Cell 1 and Cell 2 (Cell 1 Negative/Cell 2 Positive). Balance Pin 3 connects to the connection between Cell 2 and Cell 3 (Cell 2 Negative/Cell 3 Positive). Balance Pin 4 connects to the Cell 3 Negative Tab.
