Hi Everybody

I'm new to R/C any, so of course I choose the hardest R/C, Heli's. I got an Axe CP and tried the RADDS approch, after lots of parts and not even hovering, I got a Blade CX, again lots of parts and no hover. So since I don't like sim's ( no REAL feel ), and I'm a stubborn male:arggg: I got a blade CX2 today and was able to hover and fly with some control for three batteries flight.

DON'T GIVE UP THEY FLY :lolol

AND IT'S REAL COOL !!!!!!

The Blade CX2 IMHO, is the one of the easier heli's to fly. Keep it indoors, unless there is 0 wind outside. The CX2 does not handle wind well. Even if you crash, the replacement plastic blades are cheap and easy to replace (just keep track of those very tiny screws).

Thanks for the support and your not kidding about 0 wind. Where wuld you suggest indoor flight ( since I don't own a mansion ).

If you go to a gym, get on good hands with the people who run it. I am allowed to use the basket ball court when theres no games. =D or if your a student, maybe somewhere in there. OR keep practicing and just fly it around in your house. Pick the biggest room, clear it out a little bit, and have fun.

When you get good with your CX2, you don't need a mansion. I fly mine in my small apt. I just practice steady hovers and 'nose in' hovers. If its late, I also fly mine in my buildings basement parking area, it has some open areas and its almost wind free.

Fly in the Garage, if you have one. Otherwise the living room works well. The CX2 was not designed for Fast forward flight so you don't need a very large area to play in.

Hi Everybody

Thank's for all the suggestions they'er all great one's. I am flying daily now and every day I get a little better, starting to react to the wind better. A couple more week's and I' try the Axe that I haven't been able to fly yet, due to learning curve.

Buying less parts every day
