This is VETTENOOB's heli. I pm'd him after i found this pic but forgot to ask him where he picked his canopy up from. I really like the mods though. The CF Tailboom is exactly what ive been looking for. The larger white raptor skids are also a great idea for someone who is trying to maximize visibility of they're heli. I also tend to tap my tail blades once in a while.

it's just the white plastic canopy that comes with the newer H550's with yellow paint on it :)
the CF boom is a modded TREX600 boom, it's quite a simple mod and when it comes time to replace my boom i'm going that way too :)

man i could've sworn i saw that exact paint scheme somewhere else though... maybe im mixed up... or had it mixed up with the hurican 50 or somethin.
About the tail mod... do you even need to shorten up the boom if your using the long belt? And if your using the align tailboom couldn't you just as easily slip on the CNC tail for the tr600?

it's similar to a trex600 canopy design i've seen pictures of, perhaps this is what your thinking of.
yeah you need to shorten the boom, and also make the hole that's keyed for the tailbox a little bit bigger but that's easy to do, or if you want to use the trex600 CNC tail you can do that too :)
