Something should be clarified to those building their new Logo 5003D helis. There are some of the first run manuals that have an error in them which could cause prblems for some on their build.

PAGE 11 "diagram 1" Top left shows the mixer arm and how it is mounted to the blade grip. This is incorrect, the geometry will be off. Please mount your mixer arm on your Logo 5003D as per the "diagram 2" to the right. The less depth side of mixer arm should face the grip itself. The diagram 1 "just elow" with 500DX is correct way as well.

Inidication as to this error was sent to Mikado sometime ago and I do suspect the upcoming manuals will have this corrected. Please ensure you have mounted your correctly. The angle offset is obvious if you have not, the ball link from flybar to mixer should be very straight.
Be well....

Just to let you know I just received my kit on Friday and the manual still has the error. Thanks to the forums it is all fixed on my heli now.

Thanks Shawn for the heads up. I'll be changing this tonight!

Are there any side effects I would have noticed due to the incorrect mixerarm setup?

I was going to post this also after correcting one of the heli magazines. The short side goes towards the blade grip on the 500. On the 600, the long side goes towards the blade grip.

Here's a photo to show correct orientation on the 500.

Here is a closeup picture of the mixer arm mounted to the blade grip. Notice that it has the "more agile" setup.
