Service from FUTABA ?

I have what I suspect a faulty gyro 401.
I .E. No LED

I have contacted Futaba.com but have not received a reply.
Is this common?

I have purchased from Hong Kong and live in Australia.

Has anybody a service center e-mail for Hong Kong.?

I would suggest contacting the store where you purchased it from. They could give you the information for the service center to send it to. Or maybe they will let you send to them and they can send it in.

The seller only sells kits complete as produced by Align.(TREX450SE V2)

well this may be know help but Google futaba on the web you can go to thear web site and it well give you thear phone number wear you can get ahold of them i was wanting to ask some questions about thear radios and i email them and did not hear from them i called them and they wear more than willing to help i think thear emails are back loged but give them a call i think you will get a lot more services hear is the number for Australia 1+29-749-1733 i hope i wrote it right if not go to thear web site hope this helps
