It handles more amps so you can run a more amp hungry (powerful) motor.

I assume you're talking about the Align 100A and 75A ESC's. As Skiddz said, the 100A is rated for 100A continuous (and 135A peak). The 75 is rated 75A cont (and 100A peak).

Other than that, that 100A ESC actually has a soft start, where the 75A ESC is not so soft. The 100A is also slightly larger and heavier, but not by much. For the money, it seems like a decent deal. I have both, and have had no problems with either. Note that that they are both designed for 6S max.

If you mean "will my 600 have more power if I install this", the answer is NO, the different rating only refers to what the new unit can handle.
