I am looking for some busted carbon blades preferably hollow or foam filled (no wooden) I want to make a few sets of carbon paddles to test on the Huricane.I have done several sets from 600mm blades for my Raptor and have been able to get very fast cyclic and stable flight from 15-18g paddles. But I think the 50 size will be too much. I do have one set of mismatched 18g that I might try to balance and see how they work.
I would be willing to pay shipping or make a extra set for the doner.

I need 2 blades with enough blade left to get 2 sets of paddles from the same area ( to get balanced paddles you generally need to cut them from the same place on a matched set of blades) cutting 2 paddles from one blade generally won't work although sometimes you get lucky.

Well I got a set of V-Blades and another set of not sure what and not much left onthem so may not be able to get a good set of paddles, i will try and let you guys know, unfortunatly the V-s are wood core so I will not be able to get a set under 18g.

Why not buy an Align carbon paddle? They are cheap and light~12g each piece

Making a carbon paddle is quite difficult as you need a hub to epoxy into the carbon paddle to anchor it well. I tried myself a pair of carbon paddle for my 450 but failed to make it anyway lighter than the stock.

I have made many, many paddles over the years, mostly because I can make them between 15-20g, and it has only been in the last year that anyone came out with lighter then 20g paddles. plus $30-50 for a set of paddles was always a bit high. I made a jig 3 or 4 years ago so it takes me about 10-15 minutes to complete a set of 30-50 size carbon paddles. I use aluminum threaded inserts for mounts similiar to any other paddle
