Hi Guys, im new to heli's and am currently finishing off a raptor titan,

Im having problems with setting up my pitch on my raptor titan.

I put my pitch gauge on 1 of the blades and set it to 0 degrees on centre stick.

then without rotating the blades, i then move onto the other side of the heli and put my pitch gauge on the other blade and it reads + 2 degrees.

Now if i rotate that blade over to the side that i originally measured the first blade it will read 0 degrees.

so when my blades are rotating to 1 side of the heli my pitch is increasing by 2 degrees then comming back 2 degrees on the other side.

I have watched all the setup videos and cannot figure out why this is happening?

Any help will be greatly appreciated,

thanks...

Most likely your swash plate isn't level.

i'm with cape bob on this...make sure your swash is level when you do your pitch setups (i always have my radio on in case i bump anything it reverts back to level ) also if you don't have a reliable method to level your swash during the radio setup here's how i do it...just a couple square piece's of square wood stock under the swash and ontop of the frame...mine measure about 7/16 in. , size probably not as important as the two being the same size..hope this helps !!
