Expo for Aileron ( This is left and right movement (horizionital) on the right stick)
Expo for Elevator ( This is up and down ( vertical) movement of the right stick)

Rudder Expo ( Left and right movement of the left stick)

Positive precentage Expo will be less sensitive around neutral stick
Negative precentage Expo will be more sensitive around neutral stick

Also, if you use dual rates, don't forget to set expo for both high and low if you need it. A friend of mine set up dual rates and expo but only set the expo for the low rate setting. When he went to high, he unexpectedly lost all the expo and put it in the ground.

Why would expo cause him to crash? Expo only affects around neutral . Even at 100% expo, The model still has the same travel at full deflection. Amazes me people will say they crashed due to expo settings or D/R settings.

Well, I can see unexpected D/R's causing a crash but not expo.

Assuming you have a Mode 2 (US) TX ;-)
