Hello how are you all ?, My name is Bart Sgt. in the Army and First for most I must I love this great hobby and wish to get better at it.
Ok here it is I own a Raptor Titan it has Hyper 50, SAB'S Carbon Main blades, tail I have MH'S carbon , Rev Max limiter, MP5, GREEN Paddels and stock plastick head on it. I run the headspeed 1950 last time I checked. Ohh inovation dempners.

Servos:
Gyro: 401 with a servo that it came with.
Throtlle: JR 821
Rest Are: Futaba S9451

Radio JR7202;
Thro curve
Stunt 1 and 2 100 all across
Pitch;
Stunt 1and 2- is +11/-11

Friend help me with the Rex Max set up, so I'm not sure if it is right or not he also is a beginner like my self but knows a bit more about helis than I.

So with all that said it just seem like the Heli does not have what is should when I do stationary tic tac it just falls out of sky, I know that lots of it is provably me but is there anything that I can do to this heli to make it more snappy and make it fly like a t-rex 600N with out buying it.

Thank you

First off... get your Idle up 1 and 2 throttle curves setup correctly that way you dont hurt someone.

THEN worry about setting up the governor. right now you have a VERY dangerous setup in stunt 1 and 2

what kind of head speed would a hyper push at 100% throttle with zero pitch?

I'm sure way more than what any blade manufacturer would safely recommend.

With the Rev Max the head speed is going to be the same thru the entire pich range within a few rpm of the target set. The 100% throtle curv are also correct. The 100% point is never actuly reached becouse the Rev Max will stop the servo when the target speed is reached.

Yah, and then what happens if the RevMax fails, or the sensor dies or falls off?

The head blows apart.

You should still be setting curves even WITH the Revmax, just make all the points a bit higher throughout the curve than you would if you weren't using the limiter.

If you insist on running a 100% curve, at least have ST-1 or normal setup with a safer curve. If you lose the function of the limiter you can flip the switch to lower the headspeed, if the blades haven't flown off already.

My bad I got my nitro and electric confused. The nitro should have a V curve on the throtle.

I find with my (way less than perfect) tic tocs with my raptor, if I'm pulling too much collective pitch, I start losing headspeed and start dropping.

First, be sure you're not going to extreems on your collective during the tic toc. This will help and you only need a few degrees each way.

Second, I found if I was falling during a tic toc, I was late on the collective. It's a timing thing on the sticks, try to start your collective change a little sooner during the tic toc. What was happening to me was when I was late on the collective, I had to give more collective to compensate thus taking me back to point 1 above.

Hope this helps some.

Did you set up the washout arms on the beginner setting or the 3D setting?
I had mine on the beginner setting and it would barely flip over. Very slow to react. Now I have them setup on the 3D setting and it flips and rolls faster than the sim.
