I have had this AstroFlight Lithium charger for about 6 months now and it has worked flawlessly for my 6 S and 3S packs for my T-REX 600 and 450 up until now . So the other day I have the AstroFlight charger connected to my car battery like I always do and I went to plug in a 3S 2150 pack . The voltage on the 3S battery was 11.23 volt when I went to plug it in and my balancer said the pack was balanced , the balancer wasnt connected to the pack when I plugged the pack into the charger , well I didnt get the plug all the way in before the screen said "Overvolts Error " and a orange flame jetted out the bottom vent holes , I quickly unplugged the pack .
So I guess the 3S pack was shorted somehow but still appeared ok to the voltmeter and balancer ?
So how can I get this charger fixed , is it worth it ? WTF !
