Anybody have experience with these batteries?
HXT D9 G2 2200mAh 3S 20-30C lipo pack
Obviously the price is good.....if the battery is decent you could purchase 2 for the cost of one FP ot TP

I didn't have the G2, but the 2200 3S, all three packs puffed in less than 30 days, no hard 3D, just sport flying. I sent them an email with pictures and they said I had to mail them in. I haven't heard a word since. Personally, I won't buy them again. Now I have Flight Powers and Air Thunders

I bought three of them but only have about ten flights per pack on them. I get around 8 minutes at a hover with them.

Some people have had good luck, others, not so good luck. I know they have replaced puffed ones, and supposedly the new ones are better.
YMMV.
I have a pair of their 3250 3S that will be flying on my Hurricane as was as in a EDF. Those should wring they out pretty well. :)

I bought 3 of the (the yellow ones this januari) which all puffed.... They were known to be bad and a simple email with picture was enough for them to get replaced by the new 2nd generation blue ones (5 of them by accident). And they are holding up very good so far.

I have had 3 of their old 3s 2250 12c/15c packs for over a year with over a hundred cycles and several crashes each, still working OK but fading. I just bought two of the new blue 3s 2200 20c/30c. I think if you want maximum performance and support you pay for premium packs. For $40 a pack you get good, solid performance and possibly the occasional dud from HXT.

Thanks for the advice...sounds like it's either hit or miss with these packs.

More hit than miss IMO, and they have reasonable support in the US, just not as good as the premium brands. Given the prices, you cannot go too far wrong trying a couple of packs and deciding for yourself.

Yeah Kenneth, I just couldn't resist three packs for $100... or I think it was $107 shipped. Now my Flight Powers on the other hand.... well, enough said LOL

Actually my only problem with the HXT packs so far is that I can afford more of them than the premium packs and so now I need a second charger to keep them all going!

That's where that Hyperion comes in handy, charging two at once. I picked up another charger with that heli I bought, and another power supply, so I am looking good. Waiting to see if HXT replaces my puffers. I am getting ready to try loops, sorry, I am hijacking this guys thread.
