All setup and test hovering has been done using the Finless Videos as a guide.
Skektrum DX7 Radio
Logictech 6100T gyro
Intial flights on NORMAL,
Switched to TAIL LOCK mode, luckily on the ground, and the tail rotor blades went to full deflection(pitch) and stayed there.Wiggled the Rudder Stick and the blades would not return to Neutral.
Input Select shows: Aux2 to Aux2, Gear to Gyro
GYRO SENS shows: Rudder D/R
RATE 0=35%
1=75%
I have now altered the settings to be RATE; 0=35% and 1=50% at the Tx and the tail rotor blades are returning to the neutral position but only with 1 (Tail Lock) on 50%. Any higher the blades do not center, any lower the gyro reverts to NORMAL mode
Is this SAFE to fly, why can't I have higher or lower Gain settings?
