Hi,Im just making sure i have connected my Header tank properly.
I will explain running from the exhaust.
Exhaust through in line filter to the top inlet of the main fuel tank, bottom outlet through the filler valve to the top of the header tank. The middle outlet is sealed with a plug.the bottom outlet goes thru an in line filter to the carb.
I filled the header tank thru the center inlet then plugged it with the proper plug.

I did have another idea of connecting it where by going from the carb.
Carb to in line filter to filler valve to bottom of header tank, center blocked off,top of header tank to bottom of main fuel tank, top of main tank to in line filter to exhaust.

It seems to me that when i fill my helicopter, only the main tank fills up being as the filler valve stops the header tank from filling.I havnt had a problem with running as i can see the fuel running to the header tank from the pressure from the main tank caused by the exhaust.

If i connected it the second way the header tank would fill first then go on to fill the main tank.
The way i have it now if the fuel looks like its getting low in the header tank i can always top it up thrugh the blanking plug in the header tank.

All the best,Brian.

Here is how I run mine...
Exaust to straight to main. Main to top inlet of HT...Bottom of HT to T filter with filter screen on the Carb side....that way when you fill the tank with fuel and if there is any trash in the fuel itself...the filter always stops it. I take the 3rd intlet on the T and put a small piece of tubing on it for filling and a clamp plug system. Clamp the line to the carb and fill er up. When finished un clamp the line and plug the fueling inlet....
