I am about to install 9650s for cyclic on my carbon L10.I saw the L 14 video by Bob and he shows to grind the plate away to make the servos fit.On the L10, there does not seem to be enough material to do this. The opening of the stock plate is 30 mm and the 9650 case is 36 mm.The total length of the plate is only roughly 46mm.If you have time, please advise me on the solution....Todd

Since I could not find a solution,I ground the plates to fit the 9650s.After i drill four holes top and bottom, there wont be much left.Hopefully washers opposite the servos will stiffen the plate enough.

Hey , What heli is that? I like that better than the 5003D. I cannot help you,but can you post a closer picture of the area you are talking about? How is your Swift flying?

Greybird,It is Logo 10.From my understanding, this heli has been around for a long time but it is new to me.I hate to have to dremel a new frame but so far it has been relatively painless, almost finished with the servo install. As for the swift,I am having some issues with severe shaking on spool up.I am not sure if it is due to mesh adjustment or belt tension.I have an old camera so that pic is about as close as I can get....Todd
