So when try to type in the number it wont work.
And wouldnt you know it TECH Support is only open Mon- FRI 8am to 5 central time.
Has anyone else had this problem? This is the latest version with Heli's on disc.

Seems that I have a RealFlight Add-Ons 3 serial number On my Brand New G# case.

I spent a week at support a while back. They had lots of guys calling claiming that the serial number didn't work, but all of the cases that I had seen were caused by user error.

The serial number sticker should include a product name and version. I'm looking at mine and it reads

Ver 3.00.313 RealFlight G3
Serial Number
XXXXXXXX-G3-XXXXXXXXXX

What _exactly_ is on the serial number sticker? Be sure to X out your serial number.

RealFlight Add-Ons 3
xxxxxxxx-R3-xxxxxxxxxx
That is what is on my serial number tag.
I have both disc 1 & 2.
They both loaded just fine but could not get serial number to work.
I understand you work with this program.
If you could give me a call at 407 729 6717 or Nextel Id 162*4099*331
I think it just think it got the wrong sticker one way or another.
If there are many cases of this Im sure there will be alot of unhappy customers.

Yeah, it looks like someone made a boo-boo.

I work for Knife Edge Software. We write the actual simulator. I won't be able to help you much. Great Planes Software Support will be able to get you a serial number, but as you mentioned in your original post, they are closed for the weekend.

I hope that this is just a one-off problem.

Thanks Vitec. I was hoping to fly over the weekend as weather here really sucks today. The worst part about this is I just mailed out REFLEX, as I sold it to get G3.
So now I have no sim and lots of rain

Well I guess Im not the only one with this problem. There are other from what I have heard. But on the good side. One call and it was solved. Love the G3. Need a little bit more Video Card. GForce 5600 256 mg. is almost not enough.

I saw a post this morning that indicated another guy was having the same problem with the serial number. Unfortunately it sounds like a few may have went out like that. :arggg:

If you are getting poor frame rates, set Shadow quality to Medium, and disable Terrain Detail and Clouds. That should get you a pretty good number. Then re-enable clouds if you like them and your card doesn't chug with them on.

Glad you are up and running.
