Connection diagrams are shown on the last page of the 1210i manual and the second page of the LBA10 manual, I recommend taking a look. If you don't have the manuals, they are easy to find online and download.

Basically:

1) Check to be sure that the LBA Network switch is in MASTER mode
2) Connect the LBA10 input leads to the charger output
3) Connect the lipo balance lead to the LBA10
4) Within 12 seconds connect the lipo power leads to the LBA10
5) Push the Mode/Reset switch on the LBA10 to enter CONNECT mode (lstatus led blinking slowly)
6) Push Start on the charger
* Connect the LBA10 to the charger output.
* Connect the main power leads from the LBA10 output to the battery
* Connect the

First of all, since it seems you have little or no experience with electrical things, chargers, batteries and especially LiPos, I *strongly* recommend you find a club, shop or other R/C person nearby and go visit them for some guidance. LiPo batteries can be very dangerous and you are at risk of at least damaging your expensive batteries and at worst, starting a major fire. Be VERY CAREFUL. Read this to learn some basics about lipos: http://www.bladebusters.com/batteryguide.html

The battery has two kinds of leads attached. A pair of heavy duty main power leads (one red and one black). These may or may not have come with connectors on the ends. Most people use Deans connectors but there are other kinds too. There will also be one or more multiwire leads with wide plugs on the ends. These leads use thinner wires and are the balance leads.

The fat red and black leads on the output side of the LBA10 must have a connector that mates to the connector on the battery main power leads as that is where they must go.

The balance plug(s) on the battery connect to the balance port on the LBA10, usually via some kind of adapter cable.

Again, I recommend you find someone you can go to who knows what they are doing before you go any further.
