Hi Everybody,
Got my box on Friday, installed it Sunday night. :) Thank you Craig!!
It is a very beefy and looks indestructable, but suprisingly light. It uses all the stock parts out of the factory plastic box. It is very free and seems to be very good and very high quality. Everybody I showed it to this weekend realy liked it and commented on how high quality and finely machined it looks. A couple of the screws are SAE, which had me looking for allen wrenches, as I only carry metric, but other than that it installed in just a few minutes and is extremely solid and easy to install.
I will give a flying report once I fly it. Got 6 flights on my R50 Sat and I have to say I really like the R50/V-Blades/Hyper 50/MP2/RonD Servo Supports/CX Dampeners. :D Lots of fun and no worries about high crash costs.

I must admit that tail box unit looks awesome, looks like a very good design. If I had the money I would definatley have myself one of those.
Will what size tail blades you running there?. Are those NHP tail blades?.
Thanks :)

Yes Nigel, they are 85mm NHP blades. They seem to perform VERY well, and they stay up out of the grass very well to. I wish Vic made 85's. I got them at the advice of a fellow FREAK, I don't need any strike issues and I do a TON of autos, so 85's were my choice.

I knew they looked familiar, I run NHP 85's also. I agree they perform very well :).
I wish Vic made 85's
Yeah me too Will, he would sell plenty.
don't need any strike issues
Me neither, hence why I haven't gone any larger than 85's. I have read about too many tail strikes with longer tail blades, I just thought it would be the smart idea to stay with the 85's, they perform well enough for me anyway :).
Very nice work Craig!!
Looks great Will.
:D :D :D

OK Will, Six pics are in my Gallery Now.
The last one is the remote and the sensor. Too bad I didn't notice the switch cover I drilled only went in one direction  so I drilled the hole on top instead of bottom. :(
Looking forward to my recieving my tail case, gonna be stuck in Colorado until next Monday though so I have to wait to install it.. :/ Looks great :)

Will, do not crash test the case because it will outlast the rest of your heli. just thought id save you the trouble. had a guy in calif do a tail in first and it survived with no damage. but the rest of his heli didnt fair so well.
Sar you case will be waiting for you when you get home. it should arrive by thursday. maybe tomorrow.
And thanks alot guys i appreciate the kind words

:D Thanks Craig got my tailrotor Gear box this past friday and installed it hoping to fly it saturday and the wind was blowing at least 30 mph I did a little hover work with it at work and it did well. Of course I did this at work because the bums made me work all weekend. I also installed a curtis youngblood muffler. It reall sounds different.
Again Craig thaks for the gearbox.

NO problem glad you like it. so far i dont really sell anything else at the moment. but in the not too distant future i hope to change that since i just bought another CNC mill. now maybe i will have some machine time so i can make more parts. since the first mill is usually tied up making commercial parts for a company i sub-contract for. thanks again Craig
